HISTORY
Saint John the Baptist Parish, also known as "Dambanang Kawayan" of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pasig was established on 1969. It is lcoated at Brgy. Ligid-Tipas, City of Taguig. The Parish Fiesta is celebrated every 24th day of June in honor of St. John the Baptist, patron saint of baptism, converts, those suffering from seizures or spasms, tailoring, printing, building, and firefighting, as well as several places including Jordan, Puerto Rico and and Quebec.
