The Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, The Clean One also known as "Santuario Arquidiocesano y Parroquia de Nuestra Señora del Carmen, La Limpia" and "Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish - Recoletos"of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cebu was established on 1971. It is located in Brgy. Kalubihan, City of Cebu, Province of Cebu.
