HISTORY
The Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Jose de Navotas of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalookan was established on 1859. It is located in Brgy. San Jose, City of Navotas. The Parish Fiesta is celebrated every 19th day of March in honor of St. Joseph the Husband of Mary and May 1 (Labor Day) in honor of St. Joseph the Worker. St. Joseph is the patron saint of the Universal Church, workers (especially carpenters), fathers, and a happy death.
